verifying the current value of an aircraft through an extensive on-site
evaluation and assessment of all log books, airframe, paint, engines, propellers, exterior, interior, avionics, instrumentation,
modifications and damage
history of the aircraft.

final certified report is normally completed within 72 hours after the on-site
evaluation.
